Bought a new clio in November. Was told a clunking noise was running in noises. They had it back 3 times over the past few months and kept moving engine mounts without fixing the fault. Stated the car was safe to drive. Was not happy when on the last visit a mechanic stated that perhaps all clips make this noise!!? Never went back. Suspension failure was diagnosed the following day at a different garage. Either they are incompetent or just dishonest. Turns out that the part is not available even at the factory in France... Wonder if they knew this? This was in June. The new car has now been classed as off the road as no parts available and no foreseeable date given. Don't even want to highlight any strs as I don't believe they are worthy.

After numerous phone calls I have received only one call back. Two emails sent and no reply. The vehicle is a Renault Traffic crew cab with Quickshift., It went in working, but jumpy in the mornings. It came out not working with a quote of £3200 to fix. Second time the hydraulic robotic unit has failed. It has only covered 76000 miles with only 43000 miles on this replacement unit. Customer service is shocking.
