Horrible experience! The lady cut my hair uneven & kept saying "ups". Called back the next day to get it fixed as I was super upset. Manager himself then offered a free hair dye treatment to make up for this - they kept leading me on only to cancel twice and told me I'd have to pay for it if I still would want the hair dye. Unprofessional & rude, can't believe this.
