Working with Hallmark Glazed Extensions for the side extension and conservatory with windows and doors being replaced. Paul listened to what we were after and could see our vision from the outset and continued to work with us, instead of telling us it couldn’t happen or injecting some grand idea. He would offer up suggestions that would make things better, like colours and style for the windows or how to make the side extension blend in with the original house. He was also very knowledgeable and if we had any questions throughout the process he was on the other end of the phone or would pop round to advise. This made planning process smooth and quick. They carried out the work on the windows and front door, the property instantly looked fantastic. We have had a few little snagging issues with handles sticking, a windowsill that was warping and the door dropping/settling which caused it to be stiff which they came round and fixed it very quickly. The side extension was carried out by a builder that was suggested by Hallmark, who was very professional. We are very pleased with our extension and windows and would happily use Hallmark Glazed Extensions again and we will when it comes to finally getting our conservatory re-done. We highly recommend Hallmark as not only are they professional and time-efficient, but they’re nice and genuine people who are always there to help with anything that crops up.

Beautifully designed orangery. It took a long time, partly because we were away at various times during the build, but the result is worth it. The workmen for the various stages - ground works, carpentry, electrics - were considerate and trustworthy. Not the cheapest on the market, but worth the money.

I am delighted with the garden room designed and built by Richmond Oak. The company were very attentive to my ideas and needs from the architect and design brief through to construction. They worked well with my local builder and other trades. The room was completed on time and on budget and their installers paid great attention to providing a quality finish. They were true gentleman and worked every day putting in full hours. I could not have had better workmen. The construction took about 12 weeks but I spent a long time prior to this getting the detailed design just right. There was no coercion, the company were very patient and delivered something to fit my budget. The building sits beautifully against my 160 year old cottage and maximises the great views.
