Bought flowers today from above shop. Was not a success, had I been informed that once the flowers were delivered to my Auntie for Christmas, they should not be taken out of the bag, a disaster would not have occurred and my Auntie would have her flowers for Christmas. Customer service was not the best when I brought the flowers and when I phoned back to explain the problem it was none existent. I support local services but this one is one I will not use again.
