  I have been a customer ever since they opened their shop and must say that the service I have had with building quite a few custom comps has been exemplary in every respect. • Avoid

  Not surprised to come here and find a terrible review already, as I've had numerous trips here to try and fix my PC, at the end of which they've had plenty of my money, swore blind every time it was fixed, and yet were never able to tell me what the problem was in the first place! (After much research I found out it was a simple registry error that I fixed myself with a £3 recovery disc from eBay). If you're happy to pay £45 every time your PC has a problem for them to get it running again for a few weeks, go ahead and use them. But if you want someone who can actually find the problem and fix it, look elsewhere, as they really don't have any more PC know-how than the average user and seem to want to solve everything by selling you new hardware.
