Disappeared, no communication, job not done

Called him out to a faulty boiler, he took a look at it and said it needed a control board and would "be back in a minute". He left, taking the manual for my boiler with him. An hour later I phoned him - he needed to go for a part and would call in the morning (a Saturday). He didn't. I phoned him on the Saturday and arranged for him to come at 4pm on Monday. 4pm came and went with no communication, so again I phoned him. He said he'd not had time to go to the shop for the part, then hung up when I said we'd been without heating and hot water for nearly a week and would be using someone else.
