Who says all fitness trainers are always up for training? We are human after all - it was an effort for me to roll out of bed this morning and train for my gruelling 26 mile brighton marathon event!!
Just ran 16 miles today - 2hr 5 min - slow for me , from what ive done before , but my head was a bit crazy. Lots of family stuff going through my head, plus i ran with my ipod and found that i was concentrating too much on the songs, which put me off my stride!
It was as much as a psychological struggle as a fitness one today, but i needed to step mileage up to prepare for 5wks time. just an easy 3-4 mile tomorrow along with my weights to x train with boxing x
