About Us

Brief description

I am a mobile therapist, which means I can do a treatment pretty much anywhere e.g at home, in the office, at a function etc... The therapies I currently offer are Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. I will travel anywhere within Brighton and Hove and the surrounding areas such as Worthing, Eastbourne and Burgess Hill.

I have had reflexology by theresa for many years, she has done the treatments on my hands, ears and feet. Theresa has treated me through my pregnancy with my last child and i would definately have her treat me through another one and labour. i find theresa a very proffessional and caring practioner who works closely with your specific needs to get the best possible results. reflexology has helped me with depression, psoriasis, hormonal problems, skeletal problems and many different things, i,d strongly recommend theresa to anybody, because she is a highly qualified, trustworthy reflexologist.

I have been using Harmony Reflexology for several years now. I have had treatments for a variety reasons......relaxation....pampering.....and pregnancy reflexology. Theresa has treated me from the start of my last two pregancies,throughout labour and after having my babies. I find Theresa not only to be incredibly proffessional and compentant but very friendly also. I recommend her to all I can.
