totally lacking in customer care
at way over £500 (£65pp) one would expect a certain level of customer care and not for the Skipper to sit/lay in the wheel house all day and leave the deck hand to do all the work and running around for his £50pd recomend the skipper drinks less the night before a retained hire service and supplies a level of service to his employers. sitting the boat half a mile out of the Marina and saying here we are good luck ???
