  • 1 Worst Customer Service Ever?

    Please do not use this company. I ordered 2 light bulbs and 1.5 months later and following numerous phone calls, I still have not had the light bulbs delivered. When I asked for my money to be returned, the guy I spoke with said that they wouldn't return the money and I could hear the manager in the back ground yelling that they wouldn't return any money and that my behaviour was out of order and that if I wanted to discuss this further I had to come to Brighton. The problems is that I don't even live in England, and when I started to explain this, he hung up the phone!
