CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPIST ...Specialising in weight loss by portion control. Everyone knows that over eating and lack of exercise can cause some serious health issues. Over the last two years I have developed a comprehensive therapy programme that re- trains the mind. Making it easy for the body to accept less food. My clients loose weight, safely and healthily, at there own pace. Everyone is different and so is my treatment plan. When you visit my offices on Shoreham beach I conduct a full and detailed study into your psychological physical and emotional condition. From there a detailed therapy programme is built. Most clients see significant weight loss within the first week.
