The Mallings Business Centre comprises of 25 modern serviced offices plus 5 larger office units. Sizes ranging from 115-1415 sq ft. We are situated in the historic town of Lewes; 10 minutes walk from the town centre, with good transport links to London, Brighton and beyond. Monthly rental includes most of the costs associated with taking office space. There is a reception area, fully manned from 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Office Licence fee from £120.00pcm. There are 2 meeting rooms on site, which can be hired by the hour, half or full day. The larger of the 2 rooms can accommodate 14 persons whilst the smaller accommodates 6 persons. Prices start from £10 per hour. Virtual Offices are also available, from the basic Mailbox facility up to Personalised Telephone Answering. Prices ranging from £30.00pcm We offer a comprehensive range of secretarial and Business support services, including photocopying, typing, faxing, emailing, laminating and binding. These services are available to our office clients, virtual office clients, as well as the general public.
