The Eastbourne Ladies Lawn Tennis championship ground is also only 10 minutes away by cab, for a very reasonable £4 to £5 fare.Relax in our lounge with its licensed bar and selection of games, or borrow a DVD or CD from our library for enjoyment in your room. In the summer guests can relax in our garden at the rear of the hotel with its fishpond and waterfall.Free private parking, wireless internet, and Freeview in all rooms.Please Note: Under UK law we now operate a No-Smoking policy. Only guide dogs permitted with prior notice. To keep the hotel in good order, please note that some decorating may be taking place whilst you are staying with us - we do everything we can to keep any inconvenience down to a minimum.
