I aim to develop a therapeutic relationship which feels safe, so that even difficult and painful issues can be explored. This exploration can relieve painful feelings, and provide insight, which can clarify the way forward.

I work with a range of issues, such as: relationships, bereavement, anxiety, depression, feeling low, low self-esteem, work-related issues, abuse, and general counselling. I work with individuals, and also offer couples counselling. I work with adults, and also children and young people.
