• Unreliable business

  I ordered and paid for a gate with fittings, expecting delivery in less than 3 weeks, as stated in the web-site. I am still waiting nearly 6 weeks later, so I have cancelled the order today. Despite numerous emails and phone calls the owner does not reply. I spoke to him once, when he assured me delivery would be earlier this week. Avoid this company, it is unreliable.

• unreliable!

  I ordered a plaque on 20th january '09 hoping for delivery on 3rd Feb, as the website says 'delivery normally 7-10 days' I received it on 21 Feb!! I had left numerous phone messages as he never answers the phone and emails, he only replied twice and only about the proofs, all other messages went unanswered, even when I told him it was for my sons memorial. He has never apologised or given a reason for the delay. The wooden plaque is disappointing also, as the lasering is so thin I'm worried that when it is abit weathered the inscription will disappear. I will never order from this company again. It is unreliable and does not give a personal service!
