• Excellent telephone answering service

  I have been using CSnotepad for 4 years now and the telephone answering service they offer my business is simply exceptional. I divert my calls to them every weekday morning and Saturday's so that I can get out and see my clients whilst having my phone answered as if I was there. Just perfect. Thank you.

• CSnotepad. Mailing OK, but poor customer service

  The mailing service was adequate, however, the customer service, provided by the two directors, is shockingly poor. They seem disorganized and often do no respond to customer emails when issues arise. A real shame.

• Superb virtual receptionists

  I use their service that allows me to have calls connected to my mobile when I'm out of the office. My main receptionist is Amelia and every time she connects a call to me I'm always pleased that my customer has just heard her pleasant voice. Not that I hide from my customers, but if it's inconvenient to take the call then I can simple tell her and she'll take a message for me. It works and sounds so much better than my previous method of letting my calls go to voicemail. If you're considering a virtual receptionist then go for it, it really changed the way I work.

• Great Telephone Answering Service

  Exactly what I was looking for: friendly, intelligent staff and excellent value. A couple of my most hard to please customers have even commented on my 'helpful new receptionist'! I'm very pleased with the service and would certainly recommend them.
