    I used this company back in June this year for my daughter's party. The entertainer sent was awful. After making a complaint the company they admitted that the entertainer needed more training. They offered me a refund of around 28% of the booking fee which I accepted. I still haven't received the refund and had not response to my email. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
