My wife recently purchased some craft products from www.artymiss.co.uk she was drawn in to the site with the offer of a craft bundle worth £150 for only £25 and free delivery if you spend a certain amount of money at the artymiss online store. My wife loaded her order up to the required amount to recieve artymiss's craft bundle - which cost £25 . But when my wifes order came through from artymiss it was missing its craft bundle. My wife's emails were ignored and she rang up on a few occasions and when she finally got through she was promised the hamper would be sent through the post to her. But she had no luck , my wife then tried to contact the artymiss staff using their website forum. After inquiring about the missing craft bundle her post was deleted from the forum by the artymiss staff and then a rather rude PM was sent via the forum to my wife regarding the bundle. My wifes username has now been banned on the artymiss site and we are awaiting the £25 bundle even now. Its not often i get involved with things my wife buys online. But i can just tell how disappointed she is with the whole scenario. It wouldnt be so bad but my wife wouldnt normally say boo to a goose so for her to be treated the way she has by the artymiss site while trying to resolve her missing parcel is just plain mean of artymiss. I hope someone will read this and at least take on board the troubles my wife has had if they are thinking of making a purchase from the www.artymiss.co.uk website
