I can confirm from personal experience that these toning tables do work! Julie is fantastic and very encouraging and will do all she can to help you achieve your goal. The atmosphere she has managed to create in the Salon is friendly, welcoming and great fun! You�ll find all shapes and sizes there, so if, like me, you are self conscious, don�t let that stop you � not only will you get toned, you�ll have fun doing it.

Toning Tables

They do what they say and are good fun too. Julie is very welcoming and makes you feel like a long lost friend! It is like a club where everyone is chatty and friendly and encourages each other. Would recommend going.

Slender You Toning Tables

Brilliant way to loose those extra Inches and tone up the body without getting all hot and exhausted. You get a full body work out and yes you get relaxed at the same time sounds too good to be true, try them out and find out. You do NOT have to be a member of Fitness First to come and try them out, just ask for Julie
