Avoid - awful.

Avoid at all costs - awful. The spa manager is completely unprofessional and incompetent, and the whole experience was terrible. The 'Pamper room' is a converted conference room and the masseuse was male, which we were not informed of prior to the treatment day. We booked for a hen night and it was a total farce, treatments were not carried out properly or efficiently and we paid a lot of money. This place is a complete joke and the spa manager refuses to offer any kind of refund due to us being very unhappy that the hen night was ruined. My letters of complaint have been ignored. Please do not waste your money here like myself and my friends did!!
