I have a mobile car valet service, and I wanted a modest order of uniform for myself and business partner. The service has to be the worst in the world ever. they hadn't got two pairs of trousers that showed they did when I ordered, they emailed asking for a preferance of replacement, this came to an extra £8(original order was over £100) they rang me to get extra payment, but I was unable to answer. They left a message and number to contact them on; their "hotline" number (yeah, right) every single time this number or any other number was called it either rang eternally or went to answerphone, I leave a essage and no one gets in contact, I leave a hundred messeges, no contact, I leave scores of emails, no contact. I ordered on 09/08/08 and it is now 10/09/08, they have taken a partial payment too. I would never, ever use ever again. What could this business do better? I think the answer to that is obvious...
