Brilliant Service!

Called Castle Garage Doors late Saturday evening and requested a call out for 9a.m. Sunday morning to fix my double garage door which had fallen down due to a broken spring and rollers. The owner of Castle Garage Doors arrived at 8.45 a.m. and was already inspecting the damage before I even got out the house to meet him. He wasted no time and repaired and fitted it efficiently. From past experience of tradesmen I was dreading the cost (especially for a Sunday call out) but was very pleasantly surprised - it was so reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Castle Garage doors and I'm certainly keeping his business card handy for anything that goes wrong in the future.

Excellent response

When our garage door would not close on sunday, we went in to panic mode. We were lucky enough to contact Mark at Castle Garage Doors in Pevensey, who was out visiting relatives, but told us he would call later in the day to resolve the problem. True to his word he arrived at 7.00pm on the Sunday evening and soon repaired the door,we thought the cost of repair £50 was most reasonable and would recommend him without hesitation.
