    At Curves it only takes 30mins 3 times a week to keep in shape, easy! The machines are specially designed for women and work all the major muscles in the body. The friendly and helpful staff keep me motivated throughout my workout so the time really flies by!! You can also earn 'Curves Dollars' with which you can collect and buy cool Curves merchandise; another great motivator :-) It’s so easy to fit into my busy work schedule, I work out at lunch time and I feel great for the whole afternoon at work! I would really recommend Curves to anyone as its fun fast and safe!
