  took a leather jacket my father had bought me there as the back had torn terribly-A new whole panel was the only solution as the leather had perished-A new panel was fitted,perfect colour match and the repair is invisible-very pleased,superb-would use again

  First time I visited them Corbin was very polite and did a great job. However the zip on my bag (which I was told was replaced) started to give problems and eventually started to fray. I took it back 6 weeks after the job had been done and dealt with an older guy, who was a little too defensive and not much help. He basically said the fray and zip problem, and was not one of theirs, and that I caused the fraying and then said he can fix it for a price...I said I wasnt expecting to pay anything at all...but he wasnt interested in keeping me as a customer....obviously they have too many to bother about keeping any of them! Mixed feelings about using them again, depends who you get to fix your stuff. Avoid the older guy, didnt care to get his name...but it wasnt Corbin, Ben or Peter.

  Ben was professional and friendly and fixed a zip in my leather jacket without the need for a replacement thereby saving time, inconvenience and a good deal of money. Thank you Ben.

  This guy is amazing. If you've got alterations, repairs or want something made out of leather, this is your man. He's also great for putting biker patches on jackets etc. A first class job without the fancy prices some charge. Highly recommended. Found out recently that a lot of bikers use him. And there was me thinking I had the best-kept secret ever...!
