  Friends of mine would not stop talking about Christine's wonderful techniques and how she had helped them relieve stress and anxiety as well as giving up smoking. So I recommended her to my my daughter prior to taking her driving test for the third time. Sophie was delighted after her session with Christine and she took away a CD to practise a few exercises at home. And she went on to pass her driving test shortly after that! I know myself that Christine has a special skill because she has helped reduce my anxiety level at a time when I needed it most.

• Meeting Christine was the best thing that ever happened to me!

  After months of swallowing tablets, trying different ones, feeling the doctor was using me as a guinea pig and had enough of seeing me although I was not getting any better… hypnotherapy was recommended to me by a friend. Christine vast knowledge and constant learning/development on different therapy is brilliant because it allows her to tailor what is best suitable/needed for each individual. Improvement was noticeable straight away and I left with tips/techniques that I can practise on my own at anytime.
