Don't even enter the shop
the worst service i have ever received. the staff were bullying and rude. they insisted selling th stock on display and not getting it from outback, i'm sorry but if i'm going to buy a pen for over £100, i want it from brand new, not one that's been handled by hundred's of members of the public. i am disgusted by this company. don't rely on them at all.
