  • 1 New Line Windows Installation Customer Service

    Company refused to accept that rainwater leaks into the brand new conservatory (completed March 2010) they had built were due to their failure to ensure, prior to installation, that the existing house roof was water-tight. Nine months later they have still not installed door restraints, despite promises to so. Nor have they fixed end caps which have come off roof struts, despite promises to do so by their installer. Phone calls and letters have been unanswered. So much for a Customer Service/Helpline. We now find that Companies House has dissolved New Line Windows incorporation for non-compliance and the 10 year warranty is non-existent. We are extremely unhappy customers and will be taking this further.
