    Recently I was very run down resulting in very low energy and catching flu easily. Anne offered to give me a session of reflexolgy to re-energy my body. I never quite understood the benefits of reflexology but know that as a friend and a therapist, Anne knew what she's doing, so I trusted her. After an hour's session, I felt great and re-energised.
