Brief business description

The Food Solutions Partnership comprises a core of three people who have worked and played together for over 20 years. Simon, Kate & Karen each have unique talents that together make a formidable combination.

Simon's experience lies in running a wide range of catering operations, writing cookery books, “tasting” wine and overall logistics. Simon reckons that after over 25 years in business he’s made virtually every mistake in the book, which qualifies him perfectly to help you avoid making the same ones.

Kate is a devoted cake maker and ardent vegetarian who combines multi-tasking with doing lots of other things! She’s also a great teacher.

Karen is probably one of the best chefs of her generation. She’s been working at the cutting edge of cookery for many years and brings dynamic taste buds, a critical eye and most importantly a huge backlog of satisfied customers! Karen has also made numerous Television shows and can clearly demonstrate her sublime cooking skills in front of cameras and “College” students alike.
