We are also delighted to offer our unique programme which helps people who are lacking in confidence or self-esteem, through a researched and developed programme specifically tailored to the individual. The first part of this programme has been successfully launched and the next exciting phase is in development. Areas of specialisation include loss, bereavement, separation and divorce, marital, stress, Post Traumatic Stress, depression, mental health, anxiety and panic attacks.
