  • David Lloyd Brighton Selling not service/Expensive

    My family were members for a year during which we were bombarded with marketing materials. Communication, however, seemed to cease the moment we asked for specific information - e.g. swimming classes for children. David lloyd is a sales driven organisation that has yet to understand the role that customer service plays in creating happy, loyal customers. It was also hideously expensive. The amount we had to pay for our children (then 6 and 3) was ludicrous. While the premises were good and the facilities much above average - though nit so good as to justify the membership and additional fees - I would never consider renewing my membership.
