Information and advice is available free of charge on the website. In addition to slimming there is advice on money matters, divorce and separation and much more. Adverts are in a separate section - not cluttering up the information pages. But do have a look at them! Occasional newsletters concerning weight control are sent to a list of members. There is no charge for this - but donations to our related charity are welcomed.
