poor membership contract

having joined a little while ago I have had nothing but problems with direct debit/membership. they took direct debit month before it was due and bombarded me with texts/letters/�£15 charge saying dd not paid! trying to sort it out is a nightmare-no one talks to each other in membership office at esporta. such a shame as club is good. be aware when joining-read the small print very carefully! min 3 months cancellation notice.

great club

joined a while ago and have been going often, love the pool, great classes and the gym is full of good equipment. Friendly staff and other members, dont feel out of place, everyone very helpful. nice place to meet friends, some good social events too so always something to enjoy. recommend to others.
