1st Class Travel

The company also operate a company called ACE TRAVEL and both names are further from the truth than you know. I booked them to pick me up with my group from Ashford International train station and once the driver arrived almost an hour and a half late which i must admit wasnt his fault. The driver informed us that he did a school run and that the company had every intention of double booking the trip for us with the school run. Our pick up time was 1800hrs and this means the driver had to leave his depot at around 1400hrs to allow for tacho regulations etc but his company told him to loose his tacho and replace it with a new 1 from Ashford and to say that the coach was bought to him. The driver no longer works with the company and now drives for Compass Travel on the Coaches and he is a very proffesional and courteous driver with passenger comfort and safety his first priority.

What a fab service. 1st class travel staff were helpful, polite and cheerful. The minibus arrived on time and was immaculately clean inside and out. The driver was spot on with our destination and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and will definately use again. Thank you 1st class travel.
