Complete shambles of a business in EVERY way

This place has been under renovation for months and months and operates within the bike repair shop next door. The woman who owns Easybrew is, without a single doubt, the rudest shop owner I have ever come across. She doesn't smile, asking her anything is a very obvious inconvenience to her and when you do ask anything that is related to homebrewing, her knowledge is overwhelmingly weak. She knows as much about homebrewing as I do about Quantum Physics. Not only that, she becomes even more unpleasant when you politely question her on anything. It's really sad to see a homebrew shop owner without the slightest sign of passion for the art/hobby. I have spoken to many other people who (like me) make the trip to Worthing to get our supplies. I pity the bike shop owner next door who is a lovely chap. On countless occasions I have witnessed him suffer the brunt of her unprovoked nastiness in front of embarrassed customers.
