• Medical Negligence Case

  A number of years ago, Mr Hooper represented me in a medical negligence case. I was simply astounded by the level of diligence that he applied to everything he did. He brought in the best medical experts in the field of surgery that related to my case and enlisted the help of a top London barrister.

  Above all else, Mr Hooper was professional throughout and ALWAYS respectful of my emotions and feelings as the case progressed.

  The outcome of the case was that it was settled out of court so I was denied seeing the particular surgeon actually making an apology for his actions but was happy that I saw it through to the end.

  The case took over 2 years to work through and at the end of it, there was a feeling of emptiness as Mr Hooper had almost become part of my family and certainly was a part of my life.

  I wish him and the new practise well and fully recommend anyone to consult with these solicitors as if Mr Hooper is anything to go by, the practise must be totally outstanding!!!
