Our first task was to work out how to reduce the price without putting ourselves out of business! Our low overhaads already made us the best value in our field and we looked hard at every aspect and how we could reduce costs.

In the end the answer was simple- most of us have computers these days,. so get rid of all the bulky manuals, with their paper and copying, put the information onto CD, pass the savings onto our clients and do our bit to help save the planet
