They failed to make a promised phone call to me about availability and kept my tenant waiting at home for them for 2 days. They told me I had booked an afternoon delivery when I knew I had booked a morning one. They told my tenant I could not have been told that the delivery on the second would be by 4 o'clock. Jessica Carter informed me that I had nothing to complain about as the transaction had been completed within 10 days and that it was just as well I would no longer be a customer.

Carters burgess hill: Re Brian Hackney

I recently bought a washing machine from the Burgess Hill Branch of Carters Domestic Appliances. I recieved exemplary service from Brian. He was knowledgeable and friendly and certainly found me he right machine for my needs. If you go to this Branch ask for Brian because he is the only one in the shop who knew what they were talking about.
