To er is human. To do nothing about it...

After being overcharged by �£60 I asked them how long it would be until I got that money back. "10 days" they said "because of the bank" they explained. I went to my bank and asked them how long a correction could take; "two days, max" the guy said (Natwest on London road are great, btw). I went back to thrifty and asked to speak to the accounting dep. They refused to talk to me. I am spitting mad. Anyone can make a mistake - it's what happens next that matters. I still haven't got that stolen money back from these criminals. And the van had serious steering drift and a distinctly off-colour engine. GO ELSEWHERE.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They charged us an unexpected �£260 on top of the rental charge, but didn’t tell us this until we arrived at the place. They then “accidentally” charged us TWICE, then refused to give the money back immediately, saying it would take up to ten days to return to us. Don’t go near them, they will rip you off. They are incredibly unhelpful, the staff are rude, the van was sluggish and difficult to drive.
