Sorry but I wont ever be taking my cat there again

My cat was very distressed and was bleeding from all 4 paws when we arrived to collect her. The staff were unable to get her into her carry case and it appears that they were quite forceful in their attempts. I suspect that my frightened cat leapt up at the wire fence only to have a heavy handed gentalman try and pull her down. I could see her blood on the ceiling and she was cowering on a ledge, hissing at the male member of staff. I voiced my displeasure, and I am sure if I had asked for a refund I would have been given one... but I dont want financial compensation, I dont want to see my pet distressed and I would have happily paid double to have her stay at a different cattery to avoid such a situation. Sorry to say that I cannot reccomend and will not ever be going back.
