Tenant Find & Rent Collection
This service includes all the benefits of the Premier service, plus rent collection
You will receive a monthly statement detailing any payments made or withdrawals
We chase rent arrears on your behalf
We serve termination notice if required
We leave all maintenance issues to you as Landlord, but if you need some extra help, it is available at extra cost
Warning this company deducts a major part of deposits . I produced a photographic record when my daughter moved in. of the numerous problems. They effectively ignored this and have tried to deduct. Most of the substantial deposit.
